My room was a bordeaux room 2 queen. Checkin was quick and simple. The hotel is in a good spot to get around.
I did notice cold water some days. Some of the restaurants had limited seating.

the check-in was indeed super easy and quick, a detail i appreciate.
The room needed some serious modernizing. It felt quite dated. the bathroom especially requires work, with fixtures showing wear and tear. also, the hot water situation wasn't great. It was often more cold than hot.

Location was acceptable, I could easily reach the main attractions.
The room was not clean. I saw some stains on the carpet and the bathroom had hair in the shower. Housekeeping was slow and didn't respond to my request for extra towels so I had to use the old ones.
